Groundnut oil extraction plant and machinery is used commercially in the extraction of oil from groundnuts. The first procedure involving oil extraction at any groundnut oil extraction plant and machinery is that related to seeds cleaning and crushing followed by steaming and drying units before the pressing and conveyor unit.  At the pressing unit, the seeds are flaked inside a hardened cage with a primary objective of squeezing all the oil out of the seeds. As the equipment is automatically operated, there isn’t need for more labor which saves money and thus yielding more profits.

Note that the by-products are not entirely useless and thus they can be used in the manufacture of soap or other products. You also use chemical solvents throughout the extraction process and have been accounted to yielding more extra profits. You need to make sure that the extraction plant at your disposal can at least carryout one of these ways with ease and if possible to be able to be used both ways making it a multipurpose plant. Groundnut oil has many uses including less cholesterol cooking oil which is mostly used in the current times due to the emergence of diseases caused by high cholesterol cooking fats.  When you combine different degrees of the extraction process, you will realize that you will be coming up with different grades of cooking oil among other substances.
